East Hampton Farmhouse
For this East Hampton project I worked with the owner to take this 1870’s farmhouse and create a cozy inviting escape that would be sold as a profitable flip. We focused on creating a great outdoor living space that included dramatic changes to the landscape. The additions of an elegant yet simple pool and outdoor entertaining space with a modern roofline complimented and updated the farm simultaneously. Our intent was to renovate the property and enhance it’s charm while making all the new design elements look as though they belonged and were original to the space.
